Arya Sadr PMP

Real Estate Sales Representative

Arya comes from a family of builders and so he decided to stick to tradition and studied Construction Project Management. After working in Project Management, he realized his true passion is real estate. He currently has two development projects in the works. Arya specializes in finding builder lots, as well as buying and selling single-family homes.

On his off time, Arya can be found biking, hitting the slopes in winter season or watching scientific and technology documentaries! He currently lives in Thornhill but he loves centralized Toronto neighbourhoods like Lawrence Park and Leaside.

Yasamin Rismani B.ArchSci MSc CEM

Real Estate Sales Representative

Yasamin has a background in Architectural Science and obtained her masters from UCL in Construction Economics and Management. She considers herself obsessed with all things real estate. She loves seeing new properties throughout the city and experiencing the flavour each neighbourhood has to offer. Yasamin specializes in condos, from pre-construction to resale and lease. She currently lives in Bayview Village but also loves west-end neighbourhoods like High Park, South Parkdale and Lambton-Baby Point.

When she is not running around showing properties, you can find her cooking or sitting outside, drinking coffee.
